摘要
[目的]建立止咳清热合剂含量测定的薄层扫描法,并测定5批样品中盐酸麻黄碱的含量。[方法]采用 双波长薄层扫描法测定其中盐酸麻黄碱的含量。[结果]盐酸麻黄碱在0.83～4.98μg有良好的线形关系,平均回 收率99.4％,峰面积(RSD)=2.14％。[结论]该方法简便,重现性好,可供质量控制。
[Objective] To establish the thin-layer scanning method for content mensuration in'Zhike-qingre'mixture, and detect the content of ephedrine hydrochloride in five group samples. [Methods] The content of ephedrine hydrochloride was detected by double wavelength thin-layer scanning method. [Result] Good linear correlation in 0.83-4.98 μg of ephedrine hydrochloride was observed, and the average recovery rate was 99.4%,with RSD 2.14%. [Conclusion] This method is simple, has good reproducibility, and can be used as a method for quality control.
