摘要
采用ABC免疫组化法对459例乳腺癌组织进行了ER、PR的检测，结果ER阳性率为83．0％，PR阳性为81．5％。提示ER和PR的表达具有极强的一致性；ER、PR与肿瘤大小、腋淋巴结转移以及绝经状态无明显相关。
459 cases of breast cancer have been analysed fDr ER and PR by Aec immunohistochemistry method. The results show that the rate for ER positive is 83. 0% and that of PR positive is 81. 5%. The expression of ER and PR is identical. The expression of ER and PR have no relation with tumour size.lymph nede metastasis and post menopause.
