摘要
目的:检测膜联蛋白A5(ANXA5)在宫颈癌细胞系Hela细胞和SiHa细胞中的表达,为研究ANXA5在宫颈癌中的作用奠定基础。方法:采用Western blot和ABC免疫组化法在蛋白水平检测ANXA5的表达。结果:在Hela细胞和SiHa细胞中均检测到了ANXA5的表达,阳性产物位于细胞浆,少数细胞在胞膜和胞核上也有表达。结论:ANXA5在宫颈癌细胞系Hela细胞和SiHa细胞中均有表达。
Objective：To detect the expression of ANXA5 in uterine cervical carcinoma cell line Hela and SiHa cells.Methods：Western blot and ABC immunohistochemical method were used to detect the expression of ANXA5 at protein level.Results：The ANXA5 expressed in Hela and SiHa cells and most of the positive products localized in cytoplasm,others were observed in the nucleus and on the cell membrane.Conclusions：The ANXA5 expresses in uterine cervical carcinoma cell line Hela and SiHa cells.
