摘要
本文综述了膳食纤维的保健功能和作用机理,并介绍了膳食纤维的建议摄取量、摄入现状和市场状况与前景,并就如何开发膳食纤维食品和发挥其保健作用,提出某些初步的想法。
The health functions of dietary fiber and their action mechanisms were summarized in this article, The status of dietary fiber intake of Chinese people, the advised RDI of dietary fiber from nutrition academia of the world, the marketing status and development foreground of dietary fiber were reviewed too. Some ideas on how to develop dietary fiber foods and how to represent their health functions were put forward in the end of the article.
