摘要
目的:利用循环伏安法电聚合制备出对氧氟沙星(OFX)具有良好电催化作用的聚结晶紫薄膜修饰电极(PCVE),建立一种对 OFX 进行定量测定的新的电化学分析方法。方法:在0.050 mol·L^(-1)硫酸钠溶液+0.08 mol·L^(-1)。醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲液(pH=4.4)体系中,于0.4~1.2 V 范围内,以100 mV·s^(-1)的扫描速率进行循环伏安分析。结果:氧氟沙星的线性范围为1.6×10^(-7)~2.0×10^(-4)mol·L^(-1),r=0.9995,检测限可达8.0×10^(-9)mol·L^(-1)。样品分析的 RSD 均小于2%(n=8),回收率为95.7%~102.1%。结论:PCVE 制备简单、稳定性好。该方法是一种灵敏、准确测定样品中微量 OFX 的新的电化学分析方法。
Objective:The poly( crystal violet) film modified electrode(PCVE) which having a good electrocatalytic action on ofloxacin(OFX) had been prepared by cyclic voltammetry, a new electroanalysis method of determining trace ofloxacin was founded. Methods: In 0.05 mol · L^-1 Na2SO4 + 0. 08 mol · L^-1 acetate buffer solution (pH = 4. 4) ,potential range of 0. 4 - 1.2 V and scanning rate of 100 mV · s^-1 ,the PCVE was utilized for determination of OFX by cyclic vohammetry. Results:The oxidation currents were linear for OFX in the range of 1.6 × 10^-7 -2. 0× 10 -4 mol · L^- 1, r = 0. 9995, with detection limit of 8.0 × 10^-9 mol · L^- 1. RSDs were less than 2% ( n = 8), and the recovery was 95.7% - 102. 1%. Conclusion:The PCVE can be used to quantitative detect trace OFX in real sampies.
