摘要
利用聚孔雀石绿薄膜修饰电极(PMGE)对磺胺醋酰钠(SS)的电催化作用,建立一种新的对SS含量进行定量分析的电化学分析方法.在0.2mol/LKH2PO4-Na2HPO4(pH6.86,PBS)缓冲溶液中,以PMGE为工作电极,在0.4-1.2V电位范围内以100mV/s的扫描速率进行循环伏安扫描,根据循环伏安图上催化峰电流的大小,对SS进行定量分析.结果表明,SS的浓度在5.0×10-5mol/L^1.5×10-3mol/L范围内与氧化峰电流呈现出良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为:CR=﹣0.9990,检测限达2.0×10-6mol/L.8次平行样品测定结果的相对标准偏差不大于1.5%,样品回收率为98.2%~107.6%.将该法用于实际样品中SS的定量分析,得到满意结果.
To setted up a new electroanalysis method for determining Sulfacetamice Sodium(SS) using the electrocatalysis action of PMGE on SS. In the system of pH= 6.86 PBS buffer solution, the CV figures were obtained for cyclic scanning from 0.4 V to 1.2 V with the working electrode of PMGE and scan rate of 100 mV/s. The contents of Aciclovir was quantitative analyzed with the value of catalysis peak currents in CV figures. The peak current was proportional to the concentration of Aciclovir in the range of 5.0×10^-5 tool/L- 1.5 ×10^-3 mol/L (CR =0.999 0) with a detection limit of 6.0×10^-6 mol/L. The relatively standard deviation(RSD) was less than 1.5%(n= 8), and the recovery was 95.6 %-105.4 %. It has been successfully applied to the quantitative analysis of SS in real samples with satisfaction results.
