摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定复方氧氟沙星滴鼻液中盐酸麻黄碱和氧氟沙星含量的方法.方法色谱条件采用Diamosil-C18柱,以0.05 mol·L-1枸橼酸溶液-乙腈(80:20)(三乙胺调节pH为4.0)为流动相;流速0.8mL·min-1;检测波长257 nm.结果盐酸麻黄碱和氧氟沙星线性范围分别为202.50～1215.36、59.63～357.80μg·mL-1;其回归方程分别为A=777.24C-13613.33(r=0.9997);A=32555.32C+20 200.0(r=0.9997);平均回收率分别为99.8%、99.5%;RSD分别为1.9%(n=9)、1.6%(n=9).结论方法操作简单、准确,可用于复方氧氟沙星滴鼻液的质量控制.
OBJECTIVE To establish a method to determine the content of ephedrine hydrochloride and ofloxacin in compound ofloxacin nasal drops by HPLC.METHODS Chromatography was carried out on a Diamosil C 18 column,using a mobil phase of 0 05 mol·L -1 citric acid solution acetonitrile(80∶20)(adjusted to pH=4 0 with trithylamine);the flow rate was 0 8 mL·min -1 ;the detection wavelength was 257 nm.RESULTS the linear range of ephedrine hydrochloride and ofloxacine was 202 50～1215 36 μg·mL -1 and 59 63～357 80 μg·mL -1 .The regress equation was A=777 24C-13 613 33(r=0 999 7)and A=32 555 32C+20 200 0(r=0 999 7)respectively;the average recoveries were 99 8% and 99 5% with RSD 1 9%(n=9) and RSD 1 6%(n=9) respectively.CONCLUSIONS The method is simple and accrate,and can be used for the quality control of compound ofloxacin nasal drops.
