摘要
[目的]了解学生的学习风格并据此探讨教学策略,以提高教学效率和质量。[方法]采用科尔布(Kolb)学习风格量表对某医科大学护理专业一年级本科学生进行问卷调查,分析其学习风格及学习过程偏好。[结果]一年级护理专业学生,有较强的理论基础,但解决问题能力相对不足;有较好的感知信息能力,但不善于加工信息;具有理性的感知方式,但人际交互能力相对不足。[结论]护理教学中,须加强实践和创新能力的培养,提高学生自主学习能力,重视人际交流互动。
Objective: To know about learning styles of students and based on that to probe into teaching strategies so as to promote teaching effect and quality. Methods: Nursing freshmen from a medical university were investigated by filling out questionnaire and Kolb learning style scale. Learning styles and hobbies of all students in learning process were analyzed. Results: Nursing freshmen have better theoretical knowledge but they are relatively lack of capability to solve problems. They have higher capability of perceiving information but could not process information well. They have reasonable perceiving style but relatively lack of interpersonal communication capability. Conclusion: In the course of nursing teaching, the capability of practice and creation of college nursing students must be strengthened so as to enhance self- learning capability of them. And one should also pay attention to promote interpersonal communication ability of students.
