摘要
目的探索适合不同学习风格护生的内科护理学临床见习模式,促进护生临床能力的提高。方法运用大威.柯波基于经验学习的学习风格理论,针对护生学习风格分布的情况,建立多元化内科护理学临床见习模式,并在教学过程中兼顾护生不同的学习风格,将不同学习风格的护生相对平均地划分到各小组,使每班形成4个异质小组,以充分发挥不同学习风格的护生的优势互补并弥补不足,启发护生观察自己的学习偏好,发现适合自己的学习方法。结果 84.6%的护生见习考核成绩在中等及以上,81.8%的护生认为该见习模式增强了学习的主动性,79.1%和78.2%的护生认为有助于加强沟通交流和实际动手能力,85.4%的护生认为能增强团队合作能力。结论基于学习风格的多元化内科护理学临床见习改革满足了不同学习风格护生的需要,有助于护生临床综合能力的提高。
Objective To explore a clinical probation model for students with different learning styles and to improve nursing students practical skill.Methods One clinical probation model was established based on Experiential Learning Theory.During probation,heterogeneous groups were established involving students with different learning styles.Results Most students performed excellently during the probation,accounting for 84.6%.Meanwhile,students regarded this model stimulated their learning initiative and improved communications,practical skill and teamwork.Conclusion Learning-style-based clinical probation model meets differing needs of nursing students and improves students’ practical skills.
