摘要
两极世界格局结束后，国际政治经济环境发生了很大变化．传统的极端型政治风险据以产生的条件已不普遍存在．这给对外直接投资的政治风险管理提出了新的课题。本文研究了现阶段海外投资政治风险的基本特征．分析了区域经济集团化、东道国政策调整、民族主义与宗教三种当今主要政治风险源的特点及其对政治风险的形成机制，旨在为我国海外投资政治风险管理提供参考。
Abstract Since the termination of the two-pole world, the international political and economic environment has gone through great changes, the conditions under which the traditional ultra-political risks emerges are no longer universal. This has put new questions before international direct investors in political risk management. For the purpose of improving political risk management in China's overseas investment, this article studies the basic features of the political risks in current overseas investment, analyses the characteristics of the development of regional economic bloc, the adjustment of host countries' policies and the conflicts of nationalism and religions these three sources of political risks and their mechnism for political risk forming.
