摘要
本文首先回顾了国外文献中按风险大小对项目风险进行分类的方法,并对这些方法进行了此较分析;然后通过对风险事件状态进行描述,提出了基于风险事件状态的项目风险分类方法;最后给出应用实例.
In this paper the classifications to project risk of external study are reviewed and compared at first;Then the new classification is put forward after describing the risk affair state;Finally,it is accounted for by a applied example.
