摘要
本文通过研究有关海外投资政治风险保障的形式、内容和各类型的政府间协定条文,以及国有化及其补偿问题的国际斗争情况,提出了我国在改善投资环境中,应注意原则性与灵活性相结合,在平等互利的基础上,既维护国家的权益,又使外国来华投资得到必要且合理的保障。
Having studied the forms and contents related to the protection of overseas investment against political crisis, the various types of agreements between governments, and the international struggle of nationalization and compansation, the author of this paper suggests that our country should practise a strategy of both being principled and flexible in improving the investment environment in order to protect not only our national interest but also the foreign investors in China on the basis of equality and mutual benefit.
