摘要
印度与中国经济互补性强,投资印度前景广阔。采用定性与定量相结合的方法,从自然环境、政治环境、经济环境、社会环境、科学技术五方面对中国企业在印度投资的风险进行综合评价。结果显示,廉政程度、对外商的态度和政策管制是中国企业在印度投资面临的主要风险。
India and China are highly complementary in economy, and investment in India has broad prospects. By adopting the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, this paper makes comprehensively evaluation on the risks of Chinese enterprises making an investment in India in natural environment, political environment, economic environment, social environment and science and technology. The results show that the honest or clean politics and the attitudes and policy control to foreigners are the main risks faced by Chinese enterprises in India.
