摘要 介绍了铝及铝合金的电化学仿木纹工艺流程、工艺配方。研究了阳极氧化时间、着色时间和着色温度对着色效果的影响。获得了较为逼真的仿木纹效果的最佳工艺规范。(1)土黄色仿木纹工艺,A:ρ(醋酸钴)40g/L,t(浸渍)15~20min;B:ρ(高锰酸钾)20g/L,t(浸渍)1~5min;t(氧化)20~40min,θ(着色)30~35°C。(2)蓝色仿木纹工艺,A:ρ(亚铁氰化钾)10g/L,t(浸渍)6~10min;B:ρ(硫酸铁)10g/L,t(浸渍)20~60s;t(氧化)20~40min,θ(着色)25~30°C。(3)绿色仿木纹工艺,A:ρ(亚铁氰化钾)10g/L,t(浸渍)10~15min;B:ρ(醋酸钴)20g/L,φ(硫酸)10mL/L,ρ(硫酸铁)5g/L,t(浸渍)2~5min;t(氧化)20~40min,θ(着色)30~35°C,2次着色。 The process flows and process formula of electrochemical graining on aluminum and aluminum alloy were introduced. The influences of anodizing time, coloring time and coloring temperature on coloring effect were studied. The optimal process criterions of true-to-like graining effect were obtained. (1) soil-yellow graining, A: ρ (cobalt acetate) 40 g/L, t (immersion) 15 - 20 min; B: ρ (potassium permanganate) 20 g/L, t (immersion) 1 - 5 min; t (anodizing) 20 - 40 min, θ (coloring) 30 - 35 ℃. (2) dark blue graining, A: ρ (potassium ferrocyanide) 10 g/L, t (immersion) 6 - 10 min; B: ρ (ferric sulfate) 10 g/L, t (immersion)20 - 60 s; t (anodizing)20 - 40 min, θ (coloring) 25 - 30 ℃. (3) green graining, A: ρ(potassium ferrocyanide) 10 g/L, t (immersion) 10 - 15 min; B: ρ (cobalt acetate) 20 g/L, φ (sulfuric acid) 10 mL/L, ρ (ferric sulfate) 5 g/L, t (immersion) 2 - 5 min; t (anodizing) 20 - 40 min, θ (coloring) 30 - 35 ℃, second time coloring.
