摘要
用正交试验方法研究了铝阳极氧化膜在亚铁氰化钾和硫酸铜双溶液体系中的染色性能,其最佳配方和工艺条件为:K4Fe(CN)630g/L;CuSO440g/L;温度80℃;时间15min。试验发现,影响铝阳极氧化膜染色性能的几个显著影响因素依次是K4Fe(CN)6和CuSO4的浓度、染色时间和温度。实验还表明,亚铁氰化钾和硫酸铜双溶液体系染色所得到的氧化膜性能优良。
The dyeing performance of anodic alumium oxide films in K4Fe(CN)6 and CuSO4 solution respectively, and studied by the original testing methods. The optimum ofrmula and process, composed of ‘30g/L K4Fe(CN)6 ,40g/L CuSO4,80℃ and 15 min', were acquired. Furthermore, it is found from experimental results that factors affecting the dyeing performance of anodic aluminum oxide films are the concentration of K4Fe(CN)6 and CuSO4, as well as the dyeing time and temperature in turn. It also shows that the performances of anodic aluminum oxide films, (in twin liquor setup ferrous potassium cyanide and copper sulphate) are good.
