摘要
分析铝合金中Si、Mg、RE和Fe、Mn对材料的染色性能、力学性能和工艺性能的影响 ,获得了能满足镜头筒专用的铸造铝合金的最佳成分组合 ,生产实际表明采用该新材料后既满足了镜头筒的性能要求又降低了加工成本。
By analyzing the effect of the elements——Si、Mg、RE and Fe、Mn in aluminum alloy on the materials' dyeing property, mechanical property and technological property, it is shows that the best elements combination for special foundry aluminum alloy which is used to make lens cone is obtained, and the new type material not only satisfies with the property requirement of lens cone, but also reduce the cost.
