摘要
研究了LY12铝合金阳极氧化膜采用酸性黑ATT进行一次着色处理、浸酸处理、二次着色处理对膜层紫外可见光吸收性能的影响。研究了铝合金阳极氧化处理工艺;采用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了阳极氧化膜层表面和断面形貌;XRD分析了阳极氧化膜层表面组织结构;采用紫外可见分光光度计研究了膜层吸光性能。结果表明:LY12铝合金在恒压20V进行硫酸阳极氧化获得最佳膜层厚度所需要的时间为120min,其厚度为42μm;浸酸处理不会改变膜层组织结构;经过浸酸处理后的二次着色处理与一次着色处理相比提高了膜层对紫外可见光的吸收度,这是由于经过浸酸处理后二次着色膜层具有更佳的粗糙度所引起的。
The UV-visible Absorption characterization of anodic oxidation film on LY12 aluminum alloy after first coloring,pickling process and second coloring with acidity black ATT was researched.Aluminum alloy anodizing process was investigated;the surface and section morphologies and crystal structure of anodic oxide films were observed with Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM)and X-ray Diffraction(XRD).The optic performance of film after coloring was researched by UV-visible spectrophotometer.The results show that the optimized process which is in favor of increasing anodic oxidation film thickness is as follows:anodizing voltage of 20V,anodizing time of 120min and film thickness of 42μm.The crystal structure was not changed by pickling process.The UV-visible Absorption characterization was increased by second coloring;the reason is that the roughness of film was improved by second coloring after pickling process.
