柔性电极电火花沉积试验研究

摘要 针对硬质电极电火花沉积技术存在的放电间隙不可控、沉积过渡过程不稳定、沉积物质不均匀等问题,开发了柔性电极电火花沉积系统。通过利用柔性电极代替传统硬质电极及通过工件的旋转代替电极的运动,改善了传统电火花沉积中存在的问题。最后进行了沉积试验。结果表明:柔性电极电火花沉积过程中极间放电稳定连续,有效消除了传统硬质电极电火花沉积中放电不均匀的问题。所获沉积层截面致密均匀,基本消除了沉积层中的孔洞、裂纹等缺陷,沉积物质的分布较为均匀。 Aiming at the existence problems in the hard electrode electrospark deposition technology, such as uncontrollable discharge gap, not stable deposition transition process and uneven deposition material, the flexible electrode spark deposition system was developed. By using the flexible electrode instead of traditional hard electrode and by rotating the workpiece instead of electrode movement, the problems existing in the traditional electric spark deposition improved. At last, the deposition experiment was carried out. The results show that the electrode discharge is stable and continuous in the deposition of flexible electrode electric spark, which can effectively eliminate the uneven problem of discharge in traditional rigid electrode spark deposition. The section of the obtained depositon layer is compact and uniform, the defects such as holes and cracks in the sediments are basically eliminated, and the distribution of the deposition material is relatively uniform.
