摘要
通过正交试验研究了着色液配方、着色温度、着色时间、电极电位因素对不锈钢着黑色的影响,优化了着色工艺,获得了电极电位与黑色的良好对应关系,测试了变形加工性能,所得膜层丰满度好,变形加工性能良好.
The effect of components, temperature and time of coloring solution, as well as the electrode potential on the chemical coloring black of stainless steel is studied using orthogonal test. Thus, the process craft of coloring is optimized. A good corresponding relation between the electrode potential and blackened film is abtained. The film's capability of transmutation machining is tested. The result indicates that the film's abundance and the capability of transmutation machining are good.
