绞股蓝皂甙对2型糖尿病肾病的血脂、微量白蛋白尿的影响 被引量:28

摘要 目的研究绞股蓝皂甙(gypenoside)对2型糖尿病患者的血脂和尿蛋白的作用。方法把108例2型糖尿病患者(Cr<256mmol/L)随机分为绞股蓝皂甙治疗组38例,安博维(ARB)组36例,对照组34例,所有患者继续用降糖药物治疗,伴高血压患者可并用CCB、β阻滞剂控制血压,目标值为130/80mmHg。观察疗程24周。结果观察对比治疗前后的甘油三脂、低密度脂蛋白和尿微量白蛋白排泄率,绞股蓝皂甙组比较对照组各项指标有明显下降(P<0.01),与安博维组比较,尿AER下降接近(P>0.05),TG、LDL有明显下降(P<0.05)。结论绞股蓝皂甙对2型糖尿病患者有明显改善肾功能及降脂作用。 [Objectives] To investigate the effect of Gypenoside on blood lipid and micralbuminuria in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. [Methods] 108 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into four groups according to the drugs they received Group: 38 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus received treatment of gypenoside; Group ARB: 36 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus received treatment of ARB; Group control: 36 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. All the patients received treatment of oral drugs. Blood pressure could be controlled at 130/80 mmHg combined with CCB and β-blocker in patients with hypertension, the period of investigation was 24 weeks. [Results] Before and after the treatment, compared with control group, TG D-LDL and AER decreased significantly in patients with treatment of gypenoside (P 〈0.01). Compared with Group ARB, TG and D-LDL decreased significantly in patients with treatment of (P 〈0.05). There were similar decrease of AER in the patient with treatment of gypenoside and ARB. [Conclusions] Gypenoside can significantly improve the renal function and decrease blood lipid.
