摘要
综合考察和分析了各影响因素在绞股蓝水提取过程中对绞股蓝皂苷提取过程的影响,确定以料液比、提取时间、提取温度为主要考察因素进行单因素试验,并分析各因素对绞股蓝皂苷提取得率的影响。以人参皂苷标准品为对照,利用分光光度法对绞股蓝皂苷进行检测,并对提取液中皂苷纯度进行了分析计算。在单因素试验基础上,确定料液比、提取时间、提取温度为影响因素,各选出3个水平,安排三因素三水平的L9(33)正交试验,进一步优化了水提取绞股蓝皂苷的提取工艺,并在此提取工艺条件下进行了重复性验证试验,考察了提取工艺的稳定性。最终的试验结果为,水提取的最佳提取工艺为:料液比1:35,温度85℃,时间90min;在此最佳条件下绞股蓝皂苷平均提取得率为7.7943%,提取纯度为26.8522%,各提取得率相对标准差RSD为1.2099%。结果表明,绞股蓝提取率与提取纯度较高,提取工艺稳定,符合工业化生产要求。
