摘要
目的:研究大鼠标准股骨闭合骨折模型制作的方法。方法:简化设计并制作骨折造模支架。对78只雄性SD大鼠行逆行性克氏针固定股骨,然后使用造模支架制造股骨中断闭合骨折,通过X线、组织学检查了解骨折类型、移位程度以及骨折的愈合情况。结果:术后X线摄片证实横断或短斜型骨折,移位不明显者67例,占总例数的85.9%,随访显示骨折呈典型的二期愈合过程。结论:简化改良自制造模支架制作的大鼠股骨闭合骨折成功率高,软组织损伤小,能最大限度减少外在因素对骨折的影响,通用性好,符合标准闭合骨折模型的要求。
Objective To develop a technique for the production of an experimental standard for closed fracture, in rata. Method A reformed simplified fracture apparatus was designed and tested on 78 male Spragne-Dawley rats. First, the femur was treated with an intramedullary Kirschner's wire retrogradely through a medial parapatellar approach. The femoral diaphysis was then fractured by means of a blunt guillotine driven by a dropping object. Results A highly reproducible transverse fracture with a success rate of 85.9% was produced. Minimal comminution and angnlation of the inrtamedullary wires were found radiographically. After 12 weeks of follow up, a typical secondary fracture healing process was observed histologically. Conclusion The reformed apparatus is simple to build and easy to use. Through its application, a highly reproducible closed fracture model with minimal soft tissue damage is established.
