摘要
目的研究大鼠股骨闭合骨折内固定模型的设计与制作方法,探讨其应用价值。方法对50只SD大鼠采用经皮插针法于股骨内置入克氏针,使用自行制作的闭合骨折模型落体打击器造成股骨中段闭合骨折,术后通过X线及组织学检查了解骨折类型、移位程度及骨折愈合情况。结果单例造模操作时间平均约7min;术后X线证实横行或短斜行骨折38例,占模型总数的76%;X线示术后6周均达骨性愈合,组织学检查呈典型的骨折二期愈合过程。结论经皮插针内固定闭合骨折模型符合骨折病理生理演变、满足临床和动物闭合骨折内固定实验研究的需要,是简便易行的方法之一。
Objective To develop a design and production methods of the femoral closed fracture model within fixed in rats,and to explore its application.Methods The femur was treated with Kirschner wire through a percutaneous pin method in 50 SD rats.The femoral diaphysis was then fractured by a fracture apparatus designed by ourselves.After operation,fracture patterns,displacement and fracture healing were assessed by X-ray and histological test.Results The average operating time of single model was about 7 minutes.X-ray picture revealed that transverse and short-oblique fracture were found in 38 SD rats,accounting for 76% of all fractures.The 6th week after surgery,all achieved fractures were healed.Histological examination showed that there was a typical fracture union by secondary intention.Conclusion The closed Fracture model through the fixed skin pins could accord with pathophysiology evolution of fracture and could meet the needs of the clinical and animal experimental studies.it is one of the easiest way for fracture treatment.
