摘要
根据测量工字钢结晶器型腔的悬臂梁式三坐标测量机的结构进行了全误差源的分析,推导了计算主要误差来源的横臂梁的变形误差的计算数学模型。建立了悬臂梁式三坐标测量机的误差模型,并根据该误差模型进行了误差修正实验。试验结果证明:该误差模型可以减小并修正测量机的测量误差。
The error structure of cantilever CMM which measures mold shell of steel bar is analyzed. And the model for distortion error of crossbearn which is be primary error resource is calculated. An error body modeling for the CMM is raised and errors correction is to be established by the model. Experiment proves that the body model for error can reduce and correct the measuring error of the CMM.
