摘要 详细阐述了如何用模拟退火算法结合C语言和MATLAB软件来设计平面曲柄摇杆机构用于拟合任意形状的平面闭合曲线。包括了其他文献里所没有详细介绍的数学模型的建立过程,明确所有未知参数及所有的约束条件,并列出了计算数学模型中求取目标函数最小值的程序框图,方便进行理解并实际操作。同时列举了两个实例,依次为从简单到愈来愈复杂的任意形状的平面闭合曲线,用来证明本方法的有效性和优缺点,以供参考评价。 mIn this paper, design of planar crank-rocker mechanism for fitting the closed trajectories of arbitrary shape is elabo-rated with the application of simulated annealing method in C language and the MATLAB software. Also, it contains the full-detailed content of the establishment of the mathematic model, including all unknown parameters and restriction conditions. Tomake this paper more intelligible and feasible, the flow chart of calculating the minimum value of the objective function in thecomputational mathematic model is presented. At the same time, two examples of arbitrarily shaped planar closed trajectories,whose complexity is increased one by one, are listed to verify this method and analyze its merits and demerits.
