摘要
以谐波齿轮传动齿侧隙最小为目标,建立齿侧间隙计算数学模型,该模型通过柔轮附加扭转角形式对侧隙减小量进行补偿,弥补了以往设计中将侧隙减小值直接放在目标函数侧隙值中的缺点。并针对四力作用型谐波齿轮传动实例进行了啮合参数优化设计,所得参数为谐波齿轮的精密制造提供了可靠依据。
A mathematics model of gear backlash was established in order to minimize the backlash of harmonic transmission. The model established based on compensates backlash in the way of flexspline add retorted angle, so the model is more precise than former which compensates for putting backlash decrease volume directly into object function backlash .,,h,e. An optimization design analysis of four forces model harmonic gear drive by the new method was given. And the result parameters can be used for harmonic gear manufacture.
