摘要
针对卫星批量化生产对质量特性测试快速、高效、安全及可靠的需求,亟需设计一种柔性可扩展、操作简便、精度高和成本低的新型模块化工装,并可以实现一次装夹即可完成卫星三维质量特性测试的要求。文中从新型模块化工装的测试原理、结构形式及测试流程等方面进行分析,对新型模块化工装产生的误差项进行分析和推导。以某实际批量生产卫星需求为例开展设计验证工作,验证了误差分析的准确性及工装设计的合理性,结果证明:该新型工装满足批量卫星制造领域对测试工装的需求。
Since the mass production of satellites should be efficient,safe and reliable,it is urgent to design a new modular tooling for the quality-characteristic test,with flexible scalability,simple operation,high accuracy and low cost,in order to com-plete the three-dimensional quality characteristic test on the satellites through one-time clamping.In this article,efforts are made to explore the new modular tooling's test principle,structural form and test process;the error items generated in this process are analyzed and derived.With the requirements of the satellites in mass production taken into consideration,it is verified that the er-ror analysis is accurate and the tooling design is rationale.The results show that this new modular tooling meets the requirements of satellite mass production.
