摘要
以Ti-B4C-C为主反应体系,采用自蔓延反应火焰喷涂技术,在45#钢基表面制备TiC-TiB2复相陶瓷涂层。研究不同粉体团聚状态对涂层气孔率的影响,结果表明,包覆粉喷涂得到的涂层性能要优于胶联团聚粉。
Using Ti-B4C-C as combustion system and Ni-AI alloy powder as graded material, the TiC-TiB2 graded ceramic coatings were prepared on the 45# steel substrate with SHS reactive flame spray technology. Influences of aggregating state on coating component was studied. It is showed that the cladding composite powders is excellent with the aggregated powers.
