摘要
利用电刷镀技术对塑料模具进行修复。研究了电刷镀镍的工艺、镀层微观形貌与镀层性能。在合适的电刷镀工艺下,镀层表面平整、光滑,具有较高的显微硬度、耐蚀性和结合强度。
Brush plating technology for repairing the plastic dies has been adopted. The process of the brush plating Ni, the microstructure and the properties of the plating layer are studied and analyzed. The layer is smooth with higher microhardness, corrosion and bonding strength by using the proper process.
