非均相沉淀法制备包覆粉的研究现状 被引量:8

Research Status on Preparation of Coated Composite Powder by Heterogeneous Deposition

摘要 具有核壳结构的包覆复合粉体材料,兼有包覆层材料和被包覆粉末材料两种物质的优良性能,获得了更加均匀的组织结构和特殊功能。本文对当前广泛研究的非均相沉淀法包覆型复合粉体的制备的原理、方法及影响非均相沉淀过程的因素进行了全面的概述和分析;介绍了非均相沉淀法制得的金属包覆型陶瓷粉体在金属陶瓷中的应用及其发展趋势。 Coated powder materials with particular core-shell structure have excellent properties of both core material and shell material, more homogeneous structure and particular functions. The preparation mechanism, methods and influence factors of hetero- geneous precipitation are summarized and analyzed. The applications in cermet and development trend of coated composite powder prepared by heterogeneous precipitation are introduced.
