微波水热法制备Al_2O_3包覆Al复合粉体的研究

摘要 用微波水热辅助沉淀法制得氧化铝前驱体/铝复合粉体,再经过1000℃煅烧2 h得到氧化铝/铝复合粉体,用XRD、SEM和EDS对粉体进行了表征。研究表明:相比普通水热法,微波水热法制备时间短,制得的前驱体水合氧化铝结晶度更好。当微波水热反应pH=11、反应时间为120 min、硝酸铝浓度为1 mol/L时,前驱体水合氧化铝的结晶度和煅烧后氧化铝对铝粉的包覆效果均达到最佳。 Alumina precursor/aluminum powder was synthesized by precipitation assisted by microwave hydrothermal method, Al2O3/aluminum powder was obtained from it calcined for 2 h at 1000 ℃. The powder was characterized by XRD,SEM,EDS. The results indicated that compared with ordinary hydrothermal method, the crystallinity of alumina precursor prepared by microwave hydrothermal method were better. When the reaction pH was 11, the reaction time was 120 min and the concentration of aluminum nitrate was 1 mol/L, the crystallinity of precursor was the best, and Al2O3 obtained from it had the best coating effect on aluminum.
