摘要
以 Ti、B4 C和 C粉末为原料 ,采用自蔓延高温合成与同时致密化工艺 (SHS/PHIP)制备合成了不同原料配比的 Ti C- Ti B2 复合陶瓷 ,确定了反应原料的最佳配比为 :Ti∶ B4 C=3∶ 1(摩尔比 )。 X射线及 SEM分析表明 ,制备的产物纯净 ,无中间相的出现 ,而且由于 Ti C/2 Ti B2 复合陶瓷组织中长条形状 Ti B2 相的存在 。
TiB 2 TiC ceramics were produced by Self propagating High temperature Synthesis and Pseudo Hot Isostatic Pressing using Ti, B 4C and carbon powders The optimal ratio of the reactant powder was determined, which is Ti∶B 4C=3∶1(molar ratio) The results of XRD and SEM analysis show that the final product is pure and no interphases are appeared The mechanical properties of TiC/2TiB 2 are improved because the elongated plate like TiB 2 exist in the microstructure
