摘要
综述了国内外梯度功能材料(FGM)的研究现状,介绍了梯度功能材料的性质和制备方法的基本原理、工艺方法及其优缺点,尤其是自蔓延高温合成法、离心铸造法、共沉积法、激光熔敷法等,并展望了梯度功能材料的发展前景与方向。
The present situation of research in Functionally Gradient Materials(FGM) has been reviewed including materials characters and preparation. Its principia and preparation of FGM such as vapor deposit, self-propagating high-temperature synthesis(SHS), centrifugal cast, laser cladding are introduced concretely. Their advantages and shortcomings as well as prospects of FGM are also analyzed in this paper.
