新时期,用科学发展观指导企业人才建设,是加强企业宏观管理、提高企业经济效益的重要举措。文章试图对NBA人才资源的管理做法和经验进行总结分析,希望对加强企业人才建设有所启示。
In new time, it is an important measure of strengthening the management and increasing the economic benefit of an enterprise to direct the talent building in the corporation with the viewpoint of science development. This article trys to summarize and analyse the managerial methods and the experience of the talented resources of NBA in order to enlighten the talented building of the corporation.
