摘要
通过数据和图表描述了目前高校实验技术队伍的现状,指出了存在的主要问题:年龄偏大、学历职称水平偏低、后备力量不足。随后对产生这些问题的原因进行了分析,最后就如何构建素质优良、结构合理的实验技术队伍,提出了建设的思路和对策。
By the data and graph table, this paper described the current situation of laboratory staffs and pointed mainly problems, such as the older age, the lower educational background and professional title, the insufficient forces. And then it analyzed the cause which brought about the problem. In the end, it proposed the strategy no how laboratory staffs which have a good quality and reasonable construction.
