建设高水平的实验室,离不开高素质的实验技术队伍。实验技术队伍在学生的实践能力和创新精神培养过程中具有突出的地位,发挥着不可替代的作用。为此,在创新教育理念下系统研究与探索高校实验技术队伍的建设具有重要的理论意义。
