摘要
罗伯特.伯恩鲍姆教授在《大学运行模式》中通过分析大学组织的松散联合特征和借助四种大学组织模式,提出了许多大学管理的独到观点。大学在结构上的松散性、观念上的多元化、制度上的弹性以及管理上的多样性是松散联合的具体体现。大学松散联合的特征要求大学管理在树立正确的管理理念、运用复杂的思维和科学评价管理效果的过程中实现平衡管理。
In the book "How Colleges Work", Professor Robert Birnbaum analyzed the characteristics of loose coupling in college organizations, and proposed a unique view on many colleges management in virtue of four kinds of college management modes. People can judge it from the looseness in the structure, variety of the concept, flexibility on the system and diversification in the management of colleges, all of which require colleges to realize equilibrium management in the process to establish of correct management concept, apply complex thoughts and scientifically evaluate the management effect.
