摘要
治理理论的核心在于还政于民、还权于社群以形成多个治理当局或权力中心,其目的是避免集权。在此,从治理角度出发探讨我国大学学术管理改革问题,并认为,多中心体制是我国大学学术管理的较好选择。
The core of governance theory lies in handing state power back to the people,returning right to the society organized body to form several manage authorities or the power center. Its purpose is to get away from the centralization of state power. It discusses the problem of our university academic management reform,and considers that multi-center system is the better choice to our academic management of university.
