颈动脉内膜剥脱术的麻醉与围手术期管理(附11例报告)

摘要
颈动脉内膜剥脱术（carotid endarterectomy，CEA）是治疗颈动脉粥样硬化团塞症引起栓塞性中风的外科方法。患者多为老年人，合并症多。我院自2003年以来实施CEA11例，8例行颈丛麻醉，3例行颈丛加全麻进行CEA。
