高血压脑出血外科治疗的临床疗效观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的　评价外科治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效。方法　 10 0例高血压脑出血病例 ,随机分成内外科治疗组。外科治疗采用微创手术 ,运用立体定向技术或神经内窥镜 ,术后辅以纤溶治疗。并以内科保守治疗作对照。结果　外科方法的治愈率高于内科保守治疗组 ,病残率较低 ,但两者病死率和再出血率无明显差异。结论　微创手术治疗高血压脑出血较内科治疗疗效显著 。
