摘要
运用亚临界流体萃取法,以丙烷为溶剂,在一个自制的1L实验装置内分离蛋黄粉中的蛋黄油。研究了对萃取效果有重大影响的因素,确定了较佳工艺参数:萃取压力2.5MPa、萃取温度60℃、溶剂流量1.96kg/h、萃取时间120m in。在此条件下,获得的蛋黄油含TG 79.8%、CHO 15.0%、PE 1.1%、PC 4.1%,最终得油率99.1%。由薄层色谱分析结果表明:在不同的萃取阶段得到的蛋黄油组成存在一定差异。
Sub- Critical extraction with propane was applied to separate triglyceride and cholesterol from egg yolk powder by a self- designed instrument of 1 L capacity. The influence of operating conditions on egg yolk powder yield and quality were investigated. The obtained optimum extraction conditions are as follows: extraction pressure 2.5MPa, extraction temperature 60~C, solvent flux 1.96kg/h, and extraction time 120min. Under the conditions the yield of egg yolk oil is 99.1% and the oil contains 79.8% triglyceride, 15.0% cholesterol, 1.1% PE and 4.1% PC. The compositions of egg yolk oil extracted at different extraction stage are somewhat different.
