摘要
目的探讨上皮性钙粘附蛋白(E-cadherin)和神经性钙粘附蛋白(N-cadherin)的表达与大肠癌发生、发展的关系及其相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学染色法检测40例大肠癌及相应的切断正常大肠组织标本E-cadherin、N-cadherin的表达。结果大肠癌中E-cadherin、N-cadherin阳性表达率分别为55.0%和75.0%。E-cadherin、N-cadherin阳性表达呈负相关(r=-0.654,P<0.05)。正常大肠组织E-cadherin、N-cadherin阳性表达率分别为100%和12.5%。E-cadherin的阴性表达率及N-cadherin阳性表达率与大肠癌的浸润深度、分化程度、转移呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论E-cadherin的低表达或不表达和N-cadherin的反常表达与大肠癌的浸润、恶化有密切的关系,并提示在大肠癌的发展过程中E-cadherin向N-cadherin转化。
Objective To explore the correlation between expressions of E-cadherin and of N-cadherin as well as their relation with the carcinogenesis, progression in colorectal carcinoma. Methods E-cadherin and N-cadherin expressions in 40 colorectal carcinoma samples and corresponding normal colorectal tissues were detected by immunohistochemical stain. Results The E-cadherin and N-cadherin expressions positive rates were 55.0% and 75.0% respectively in colorectal carcinoma. And there was negative correlation between the expressions of the E-cadherin and of N-cadherin(r= - 0. 654,P〈0.05). The expression positive rates of the E-cadherin and N- cadherin were 100% and 12.5% respectively in normal colorectal tissues. The rate of E-cadherin negative and N-cadherin positive was positively relation with the invaded depth, cell differentiation,lymph node metastasis(P〈0.05). Conclusion The low-level or non-expression of E-cadherin and abnormal expression of N-cadherin is a factor for invasion and aggravation . And the data show that E-cadherin may switch to N-cadherin.
