摘要
研究 E- cd在胃癌、癌旁组织及转移淋巴结中的表达。用免疫组化方法检测 E- cd的表达 ,用图像分析仪进行定量分析。结果显示胃癌及转移淋巴结中 E- cd的表达明显低于癌旁组织 (P<0 .0 0 1)。分化不良胃癌中 E- cd的表达明显低于分化良好胃癌中的表达 (P<0 .0 5 )。结果表明 E- cd可作为判断胃癌预后的指标。
The objectis to study the expression of E- cd in gastric carcinoma,paracarinoma and metastatic lymph node.The expression of E- cd was assayed by using immunohistochemistry and quantitative analyses were carried outwith image instruments.The results suggested the expression of E- cd in gastric carcinoma was obviously decreased than in para- carcinoma( P<0 .0 0 1 ) ;the expression of E- cd in poor- differentiated carcinoma was obviously decreased than in well- differentiated carcinoma( P<0 .0 5) .E- cd mightserve as a prognostic indicator of gastric carcinoma.
