摘要
以硬脂酸与氢氧化钠反应生成的硬脂酸钠用作制备固体酒精的固化剂,研究了固体酒精的制备工艺与性能的关系,通过正交试验对工艺条件进行了优化。用40mL酒精溶解2.0g硬酯酸,50mL酒精溶解0.4g氢氧化钠,在70℃下反应30min,制备的固体酒精综合性能最好。
Sodium stearate was prepared from stearic acid and sodium hydroxide and was used as solidifying agent for preparation of solid alcohol. The optimum conditions were determined by the orthogonal experimental method. The solid alcohol had the best properties when the preparation conditions were as follows:stearic acid 2.0 g in 40 mL alcohol, sodium hydroxide 0.4 g in 50 mL alcohol, reaction time 30 min, reaction temperature 70 ℃.
