固体酒精的可逆溶胶-凝胶过程研究 被引量:5

The preparation of solid alcohol and the mechanism of it's sol-gel process

摘要 采用硬脂酸和NaOH为胶凝剂,调节其比例,制备出不同凝固温度的固体酒精.采用体视显微镜、熔点管、黏度计、电导率仪和分光光度计等仪器研究了固体酒精的溶胶-凝胶过程.研究中发现固体酒精为多孔结构,孔径为1~14μm,估计由直径为150nm的溶胶粒子堆积而成;它没有固定"熔点",在凝胶温度附近其黏度和电导率明显变化. The research of solid alcohol which is made of stearinic acid and sodium-hydroxide. The diversity of the amount and radio of coagulator, the gel temperature of solid alcohol is different. The study of the solid alcohol's Sol-Gel Process by stereoscopic microscope, melting point tube, viscometer, conductivity meter, et al. In this research, we found the solid alcohol is porous, the aperture about 1-14μm, which is accumulated by particles with diameter about 150nm; it's melting point isn't invariable, and it's viscosity and conductivity are great change near gelatum temperature; the result is verified by DTA.
