摘要 为解决大规模定制模式下客户订单分离点后的动态供应链调度问题,提出了包括供应商选择及企业合作时序安排的优化调度模型,设计了基于蚁群算法的求解过程。通过多组数据实验及结果比较分析,对模型算法的有效性、稳定性进行了验证。 To solve the problem of the dynamic supply chain optimization scheduling after customer order decoupling point in mass customization, an optimization scheduling model including supplier selection and inter-enterprise scheduling was proposed. Then an ant colony algorithm based solution was designed. Finally by practical manufacture data and methods comparison, the validity and stability of this algorithm were verified.
