摘要
分析了大批量定制客户订单分离点(CODP)对企业实施大批量定制的影响,建立了CODP的数学模型和可拓模型,用优度评价法对CODP切入点进行了研究,并给出用优度评价法求解最佳分离点的实例。
In the process of applying mass customization, the customer order de-coupling point (CODP) plays an important role in enterprise decision. This paper analyzes the influence of CODP in implementing Mass Customization. Both math model and extensive model are established to analyze CODP throughout product life cycle. Then, optional evaluation of extenics is used to research the CODP decision and produces a result which aids enterprise decision in CODP. At last, the authors give a concrete example of making decision from different CODP. The practicability and validity of the models and the applying of optional evaluation are verified by the example.
