离体筛选抗疫病辣椒变异体研究

摘要 以辣椒自交系B17、B25为试材,用子叶外植体诱导愈伤组织,以辣椒疫病病原菌粗毒素作为选择剂,筛选抗疫病辣椒变异体植株。结果表明,辣椒疫病病原菌粗毒素对辣椒子叶愈伤组织的诱导、不定芽的分化具有抑制作用,且随着粗毒素浓度的增加抑制作用增强,获得的抗性愈伤组织变异系对辣椒疫病病原菌粗毒素具有稳定抗性。 Under the inhibition of crude toxin derived from Phytophthora capsici, some somaclonal variation lines were selected from the callus induced from cotyledons of two pepper inbred lines --B17 and B25. The experimental results showed that the crude toxin of Phytophthora capsici inhibited the inducement, the growth of callus, and the differentiation, the growth of buds. These lines were stable to resistant to the toxin.
