摘要
亚洲玉米螟是中国玉米生产上最重要的害虫,对玉米的产量和质量影响很大。为了探索对其无公害的防治方法,筛选出高毒力的生防真菌,试验选择从亚洲玉米螟和桃蛀螟僵虫中分离纯化到的5个球孢白僵菌野生菌株,进行了毒力、菌株生长速率、产孢量和孢子萌发率的测定,筛选出了2株高毒力菌株B6和B17,在1×108孢子/mL浓度下对亚洲玉米螟的致死率分别为95.4%和90.8%,僵虫率分别为94.4%和87.8%,LT50分别为4.4天和4.7天;其LC50分别为1.3×106孢子/mL和2.8×106孢子/mL,并且这2株菌株显现出良好的生物学特性。结果表明,B6和B17菌株致病力强、产孢量大、萌发率高,具有较大的生产潜力。
The corn borer,Ostrinia furnacalis,was one of the most important corn pests in China.It had a great effect on yield and quality of maize.In order to select the fungus which was highly virulent to corn borer,five strains were isolated from the cadaver of corn borer and peach borer infected by Beauveria bassiana.Their virulence,growth,sporulation and germination were studied.Two high virulent strains,B6 and B17,were obtained.The bioassay results showed that B6 and B17 had the high virulence on the corn borer with mortality of 95.4% and 90.8%,infected rate of 94.4% and 87.8%,median lethal concentration (LT 50) of 4.4 d and 4.7 d at concentration of 1×10 8 spores/mL.The median lethal concentration (LC 50) were 1.3×10 6 spores/mL and 2.8×10 6 spores/mL.The two strains had good biological characteristics too.Consequently,B6 and B17 strains had good comprehensive cultivation characteristics such as strong pathogenicity,high sporulation yield and germination rate of conidia.These two strains had applied potentiality to control corn borer in future.
