摘要
目的探讨综合疗养措施对老年高血压患者的临床意义。方法观察92例采用综合疗养措施老年患者治疗前和治疗2个月后的血压和生化指标。结果采取综合疗养措施后,患者血压明显下降(P<0.01),尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸明显下降(P<0.01),血糖、甘油三酯、胆固醇无明显改变(P>0.05)。结论综合疗养康复治疗措施可降低老年高血压患者血压,可能对肾功能有一定保护作用。
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive reeuperatation on hypertension in the senility. Methods 92 old hypertension patient who accepted comprehensive reeuperatation were analyzed retrospectively. The blood pressure, glucose and lipid in serum, and renal function were measured before and 2 months after reeuperatation. Results Their blood pressure, urea nitrogen, creatine and uric acid decreased （P〈0. 01 ）, but the glucose, triglyceride and cholesterol remained no-change （P〉0. 05）, Conclusion The comprehensive recuperatation maybe effective on decrease of blood pressure, as well as protection of renal function in the senility.
